LAS VEGAS, NV (September 29, 2020): It is that time of year again for the Nevada Painting Company to Paint It Forward! We are giving back to the community by donating a $5,000 painting project to a deserving Nevada individual. While we read through hundreds of nominations, we’ve selected a fantastic individual with an incredible story of love, sacrifice and strength. With a fresh coat of paint, the Nevada Painting Company hopes to bring a fresh start to this incredible individual.

Introducing AnnaMarie Missisian

Nominated by her mother Margaret Missisian, AnnaMarie has been battling breast cancer for the past five years. Stable and on chemo she currently teaches 7th graders at Cashman Middle school in Las Vegas Nevada. She is selfless and giving, inspiring her students and fellow teachers with her strength and kindness. She just saved up enough to buy a home and Margaret thinks it could use a paint job. AnnaMarie was chosen for her perseverance and how much she helps and inspires others, so that her new house she worked so hard for will now be a home.

The Project

After being nominated by her mother we reached out to Annamarie to tell her she was elected for Paint It Forward. She was thankful and so excited to make her new house exactly how she always dreamed it would be. We will be painting her new home on October 24, 2020.
