Our 10 year warranty is the longest painting warranty in Las Vegas. Our warranties are designed to give you peace of mind. Should any issues like peeling, blistering, or chipping paint arise due to defective workmanship within the warranty period, simply contact our office. We will promptly dispatch a skilled crew to address and rectify the problem at no additional cost to you (please note, fading is not included under this warranty).

Bronze Package – 3-Year Warranty
Our BRONZE package includes a 3-year warranty on the exterior of your home. With this package you can choose from two quality paints that are both 100% Acrylic and will provide a great finished look when we are done. These paints will typically have a 6-7 year life span* until your home will need to be repainted again. While this is the most economical package we offer, we want to be clear that these are still quality paints and are not the contractor or “cheap” paint you sometimes see other painting companies using. This package is a great option if you will be moving within the next 5 years or less.
Silver Package – 5-Year Warranty
Our SILVER package includes a 5-year warranty on the exterior of your home. To be able to offer a longer warranty we will upgrade your exterior paint to a higher quality 100% acrylic paint from either Dunn Edwards or Sherwin-Williams. When properly applied, these paints have an approximate life of 7-9 years* before your home will need to be repainted again. This package is a great option if you are not planning on moving for the next 7-8 years. Upgrading to our SILVER package will save the average homeowner $88 per year on an annualized basis.

Our PLATINUM package is hands down the best warranty option in Nevada, we will warranty your paint job for a full 10 years! We recommend the PLATINUM package if you don’t plan on selling in the foreseeable future. We will upgrade your paint to Sherwin-Williams Duration paints. It is a self-priming product and dries at nearly 2x the thickness of the paints in our 5 Year SILVER warranty package. Upgrading your paint project to our PLATINUM package will save the average homeowner nearly $189 per year versus going with the less expensive option.
